IT STARTED WITH
A BOX OF PARTS.
At 14, I built my first computer. That early interest in how things fit together became a habit of troubleshooting, learning, and building.

CURIOSITY BECAME
A CAREER.
I’m Kaleb Martin, an IT Operations Specialist based in Starke, Florida. My interest in computers began long before my professional role, starting with that first build at 14.
Since then, I’ve studied IT security infrastructure, gained experience through a University of Florida IT internship, and moved into professional IT operations in Gainesville. My work includes helping users, managing accounts, working with cloud infrastructure, and solving the problems that show up in everyday technology.
I hold CompTIA A+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications, and I’m continuing toward a Bachelor of Applied Science in IT Security at Santa Fe College.
See my experiencePERSONAL SUPPORT
SHOULD FEEL PERSONAL.
A computer problem can be a small inconvenience or something that stops your day. Either way, you deserve to understand what happens next.
Start with what matters to you.
Your goal comes first. A useful solution fits the way you work, your comfort level, and the problem you’re trying to solve.
Keep the language clear.
Technical work should come with an explanation. I want you to understand the options and the reason for the recommended next step.
Make a sensible plan.
We’ll agree on the scope and costs before work starts, and discuss anything unexpected that changes that plan.
I LEAD THE WORK.
THE RIGHT HELP
CAN JOIN ME.
You’ll have a familiar point of contact throughout your project: me.
I handle the core support and coordination. When a complex issue calls for more specialized expertise, I have contacts I can bring in to help with that work.
We’ll discuss who needs to be involved, what they’ll handle, and any changes to scope or pricing before moving forward.
Talk through your projectSTILL THE PERSON
WHO LIKES TO BUILD.
PC hardware, gaming, software projects, and learning new systems keep that original curiosity alive.
I work on personal projects to explore ideas, improve workflows, and get more experience turning a problem into something useful. My portfolio includes both hands-on work and clearly labeled projects in development.
